To store data in memory using variables in Python, you simply need to assign a value to a variable. The variable will then hold that data in memory until it is changed or deleted. Here is an example:

# Assigning an integer value to a variable named number
number = 10

# Assigning a string value to a variable named message
message = "Hello, world!"

# Assigning a list of numbers to a variable named numbers_list
numbers_list = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

In the above example, we assigned an integer value to a variable named number, a string value to a variable named message, and a list of numbers to a variable named numbers_list. All three variables hold these values in memory until they are changed or deleted.

Note that Python is a dynamically-typed language, which means you don’t need to declare the type of a variable when you create it. The interpreter will automatically determine the data type based on the value you assign to it.
