Google is rolling out a pretty major update to Gmail. The new inbox features a notification system that automatically sorts your incoming emails into categories. These categories are Primary, Social, Promotions, Updates and Forums.
How to enable Tabs in the Inbox in Gmail.
Sign into your Gmail account, then go to the gear icon on the right of the screen and choose “Configure inbox”. After that, you will be asked which tabs you want to use. Updates and forums are the other available options. After selecting and saving, you’ll find emails sorted among the tabs.
